A: Through Emply's API you have several options, and you can, among other things, get an overview of your employees' absence that has been registered in Emply. You can find this by the "Get" function called "Retrieves all employee absences", as shown below:
Q: What is automatic?
A: Depending on what you wish to retrieve from Emply's API, it is dependent upon your own code to decide when you would like to execute the retrieval. When you click "Save" in Emply. The new updates can be retrieved using the same API.
Q: Is it possible to conduct tracking statistics of your own career site through Emply's API?
A: It is recommended to conduct tracking statistics of your own career site using Emply's integration methods. In this case, you can use Google Analytics. You can read more about Google Analytics here.
Q: When creating a job ad, can I automatically create it in my own job bank using Emply's API?
A: If you wish to retrieve a job ad by using Emply's API, this can be done under "Posting"

A: If you wish to get an overview of when your employees have been created or updated you can use the endpoint "Retrieves employees". Here, it is possible to indicate a date for "Created" and "Updated" if you wish to have a specific date:

Q: Is it possible to get a full list of users?
A: With Users endpoint "Retrieves users" it is possible to retrieve a list of all the users/employees.

A: Yes, if "mobilePhone" and "officePhone" are filled out on the employee this can be retrieved through Users endpoint "Retrievers users". It is also possible to conduct a JSON export, if you simply wish to retrieve the employees' phone numbers.
Q: Is it possible to retrieve employees' entire employment period to create employee statistics?
A: No, it is not possible to retrieve employment periods through the API. It is, however, possible to conduct a JSON export. Read more in our introduction to JSON.
Q: Is it possible to retrieve payroll in Emply's API?
A: No, it is not possible to retrieve payroll in Emply's API. Instead you can conduct a JSON export in Emply's export-function, where you can make use of Employee ID. Read more in our introduction to JSON.
Q: Is it possible to retrieve information about an employee's birthday through the API?
A: No, it is not possible to retrieve information about an employee's birthday through Emply's API. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a JSON export. Read more in our introduction to JSON.
