Introduction and aims

As a customer of Emply and Sociuu you have the option of sharing a job advertisement from your carrier site in Emply through Sociuu. The following is a guide on how to create posts that are sent by e-mail where the employee easily can forward the job advertisement in their own network, for example on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. 

 

Preparations for the set up

If the customer wants this integration or would like to hear more about Sociuu, please send an order to Integrations through Zendesk. Followed by this, we will contact Sociuu. 

 

Guide to set up

The following will describe the set up of the Sociuu platform. This part is simply to inform you of the process. Sociuu is solely responsible for the set up of the integration. 

 

Set up of users and user groups

Before you begin sharing the post with your employees, they must be registered on Sociuu. 

Go to Users > All users

Now you have an overview of the users, as well as the option to export the user list, user statistics, and to create new users.

When creating a new user you can choose to either create one manually or import users through an Excel file

When manually creating a user you must fill in first name, last name, e-mail and department

To make it easier to share a job advertisement with certain departments, you can create user groups. 

Go to Users > User Groups

Click on Add Group

Give the group a title > click Save Usergroup

Click on the group title, in this case "Emply"

In the new window, click on the blue "+" to add users to the user group

Click save and then click on Back Group

Creating a post

You are now ready to create a post which will be shared with your employees via e-mail.

 

Start by making Emply your source by going to Settings > General

Click on Content Hub > click on Add Source

Under "Source type" choose "Emply" > fill out "Name" and "Client name" > activate the option of showing the post in ScoiuuHub > choose which network the post can be shared through > you can choose a tag for the post, for instance, "Job" or "News" > finish by clicking "Add source"

You are now ready to create a post and share it with your employees. Go to Content Hub.

Find specific job adverts by selecting a source in the filter, in this case, we choose "Jobs

Please be aware that the job advert must be publicly available to be visible in Sociuu.

Click on Select, on the relevant job advert, and thus, it will be changed to Selected

Click on Create Post

Now choose a title for the post > click Next

In "Message" you must fill out what the mail is about, the name of the sender and content of the e-mail

It is also possible to select a "Link tag management", for example, "Google Analytics", to conduct statistics on the job adverts, and where it is shared.

 

Click "Next" to move forward

Under "Invite", select the users that the post should be sent to. Here, you can choose both individual users as well as user groups.

Here, the user group "Emply" is selected, and followed by this, you can tick the users that you wish to send the post to. 

Click "Next" for the next step

Lastly, you get an overview of the post, the receivers, the choice of whether or not you would like to send a reminder to the receivers to share the post, as well as the option to re-send the e-mail to receivers that have not yet opened the e-mail.

By clicking "Next" you can choose to send the post straight away, to plan the sending as well as to see a draft. When choosing "Send post", it is sent straight away and the process is finished.

If you select "Schedule post" you can choose a date and time for the sending of the post.

When the mail with the post has been sent you can find the post under "Posts" > Regular Posts". Here, you can tick one post and either archive or delete it.

Below is an example of the e-mail the user receives. Here, you can easily, with a single click, choose how you wish to share the job advert with you network, for example through Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

On the front page you can get an overview of the posts that have been sent out. Under "Analytic Overview" you can, among other things, check share ratio, e-mail open rate, and so on. By "Performance Metrics" you can check the activity of the user group.
