This article describes the one-way integration between Fælleskommunalt Organisationssystem (FK-Org) and Emply. For more information about FK-Org, see digitaliseringskataloget.dk/organisationssystem.

Contact your Emply consultant or Support, if you want to enable this integration.
Once the integration is set up, a synchronization of departments and users from FK to Emply will automatically run. This synchronization happens daily at 00:00 UTC. This sync takes your organizational structure and builds your departments and adds/updates these in Emply.
Find the organizational structure from the main menu ++.
All users that are not available in an FK department will be marked as inactive in Emply in the organization overview, under . For a user to be active, email, first and last names must be available. These users will appear under .

However, it is possible to create/import the data manually. This can only be done with an administrator role. The creation/import is done from main menu by going to ++.
