Fælleskommunalt Organisationssystem (FK-Org)

This article describes the one-way integration between Fælleskommunalt Organisationssystem (FK-Org) and Emply. For more information about FK-Org, see digitaliseringskataloget.dk/organisationssystem.

Important

Contact your Emply consultant or Support, if you want to enable this integration.

Once the integration is set up, a synchronization of departments and users from FK to Emply will automatically run. This synchronization happens daily at 00:00 UTC. This sync takes your organizational structure and builds your departments and adds/updates these in Emply.

Find the organizational structure from the main menu Settings+Account+Departments.

All users that are not available in an FK department will be marked as inactive in Emply in the organization overview, under Employees. For a user to be active, email, first and last names must be available. These users will appear under Employees.

Overview of data synchronized from FK to Emply

  • Default username for new users and their email

  • Language, time zone and currency for new users are the same as your settings in Emply

  • User membership is updated

  • Department title

  • User-defined ID

  • Department hierarchy

  • Information from FK Org is considered primary and updates the corresponding properties for the user

  • Created

  • Edited

  • UUID

  • Custom ID

  • Username

  • Email

  • Active/Not active

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Office Phone

  • Job title

  • Department

The following are not supported in the FK Org integration:

  • Department address (street, postcode and city)

  • P-number

  • EA

Note

However, it is possible to create/import the data manually. This can only be done with an administrator role. The creation/import is done from main menu by going to Settings+Account+Departments.
