Make sure you have whitelisted our IPs: 193.161.150.222, 193.161.150.202

Setup a user with enough privileges to allow Emply People sending mails for all domain users.
Prerequites for Emply People

Make sure domain is added successfully

Make sure the widget is activated green.
In order to send out mail from Emply People to users, candidates and employees with your own domain need to either:

Use your smtp server

Use our public smtp server

From the main menu, select ++ and click .

This will open a new window that will request more information for setup, click .

The window will drop down to reveal more fields to fill in.

Fill out Domain. An example would be "company.com."

To finish the Own email server setup, fill out the remaining fields and then .

If you click , it will save and go back to the domain overview.
Note
The password is encrypted in your database. You will need to make sure your authentication DKIM key is 2048-bit length in your DNS. If you already have your own email domain activated, you deactivate and add your domain again after upgrading your DKIM key. The new verification will now require a 2048-bit key.
