To activate and use the integration, your company must have both a DocuSign Developer account and a regular account. Please contact DocuSign to arrange these.
Tip
Keep your company's DocuSign account open in another browser tab or window while configuring the integration in Emply People.
The following keys from DocuSign are required:

Navigate to +, find DocuSign, and then click .

Copy the Redirect URL using the copy icon.

In your DocuSign account, go to Apps and Keys, and paste the redirect URL.

Copy the Integration Key from DocuSign and paste it into Emply People.

Copy the Secret Key under DocuSign's Signing and Section and paste it into Emply People.

Generate the RSA Keypair in DocuSign under Integrations, then paste the Private Key into Emply People.

Once all keys are filled in Emply People, click . Then log into DocuSign and grant required permissions.
After connection is established:

Add a template and give it a title.

Select where the template should be available: Candidate, Onboarding, or Employee.

Create the email message by specifying subject and body (merge fields are supported).

Choose signatories and define whether signatures happen one by one in the specified order.

Decide if signatories can be modified before sending.

Select which departments, users, and roles have access to the template.

Click Save to finalize activation.
The integration is now activated—templates can be modified later via the button.
