Start a process in the Onboarding module which includes the pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding process.
You can also start a process in the Onboarding module directly from other modules.

From the main menu, go to .

Click on the relevant process or on the associated tab.

Click .

Make the relevant selections in the New process dialogue and click .
Note
If you do not have the Talent Management module, the option to select existing or new employee is not available.

The Team pop-up appears and displays who will be assigned as team members and access this process. You can add more team members by clicking or wait and do so via the Onboarding profile at a later time.

Click when the team is set.

Set start dates for the process.
Important
If no date is set, it means that the task in this step will begin immediately after the tasks in the previous step are completed.
If a date is set, the tasks in this step will only begin on the date selected - not before, even if the tasks in the previous instead are completed.
You can easily correct these dates later or well as skip a step manually if needed.
Once the dates are set, you can choose whether the process should:

Wait for the set start dates to begin the next step or not, by toggling Await for start dates to begin stages.

Start the tasks on the set date on the next step, even if the tasks on the previous step are not completed yet, by toggling Force initiating stages on start date.
Finish the step by clicking .

Fill in the Employee form and click .

The employee form may look different as it can be customized as needed.
