Create a form for manually added candidates

Create a form for manually added candidates and assign it to a job template.

  1. Go to Settings in the main menu and click Forms.

  2. Click New Form.

  3. Enter a title for the form.

  4. Select Application Form under Type and click Save.

  5. Click Add Step and enter a name for the step by Step Title.

    Note

    If the form only contains one step, the step name will not be visible to the candidate.

  6. Expand the step and click Add element.

  7. Expand Existing elements.

  8. Add the following required elements, First name, Last name, and E-mail, and any additional elements if needed.

    Note

    Hide elements, if some are only needed for internal use, by clicking the eye icon eye_none_f54b4b.svg.

The form is created and assigned to a job template, allowing manual candidate entry using the configured fields.

Adding the form to a template

You can manually add this form to a recruitment template.

  1. Go to Settings+Templates.

  2. Open or edit a template by clicking Edit.

  3. Assign the new form to Manual application form in the Information tab.

  4. Click Save.
