Automation about change of specific elements

Make an automation to ensure a message is generated when there are changes to specific elements (e.g. name or address) in the master data form.

  1. Go to Settings in the main menu.

  2. Click on Automations.

  3. Click on + New workflow.

  4. Under Title, name the workflow and enter a description if needed.

  5. You can enter a title and description in a second language connected to your account by clicking the + icon Emply_tile_widget_plus_icon.png.

  6. Select Employee and the trigger as Updated.

  7. Choose Employee status = Active (to exclude former employees), click and to add another criteria, and select Form element updated = Address.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click + Add action and choose Message.

  10. The message can now be sent with the filled criteria.

    Important

    Remember to fill out the subject line.

  11. Click Save to save the automation.
