Make an automation to ensure a message is generated when there are changes to specific elements (e.g. name or address) in the master data form.

Under Title, name the workflow and enter a description if needed.

You can enter a title and description in a second language connected to your account by clicking the + icon

Select and the trigger as .

Choose = (to exclude former employees), click to add another criteria, and select Form element updated = Address.

The message can now be sent with the filled criteria.
Important
Remember to fill out the subject line.
