Insight to all the options within the tab under +.
Select the relevant role you would like to edit.
The tabs under Settings feature two icons:

Green eye icon: Allows the Emply People user with the assigned role to see the Recruitment module on their account.

Red eye icon: Blocks the specified module for this role.
The sub-tabs feature four icons which are described as below:

Building icon: Enable this role to delete all the jobs in the overview.

Settings icon: Customize the ability for this role to delete jobs to match a specific criterion.

Person icon: Users with this role will only be able to delete their own jobs.

Eye with strike icon: Deny the role the ability to delete jobs in the module.
The Recruitment tab

Talent pools: Group candidates that can be found under the Talent pools tab.

Jobs: All jobs created within Emply People's Recruitment module.

Candidates: All applicants for jobs and talent pools.
-
Job agents: People who have signed up for the job agent on your career site who receive notifications on open positions that match their criteria.

Messages: Send emails and SMS to candidates

Calendar : Create, edit, and delete interviews with candidates.

Tasks: An assignment for a specific user explaining what needs to be done which can contain a due date or a short message that needs to be checked off.

Forms: Gather information on specific areas by using a customized set of elements.

Feedback: A tool that allow you to gather feedback on specific aspects.

Documents: Refers to all candidate related documents such as CVs and references.

Learning: Refers to the Learning module within the Recruitment module.

Comments: Refers to the comments that users can leave on candidate profiles, given that this permission is enabled for their roles.
The Onboarding tab

Overview: The role's permission to get an overview of all the onboarding profiles in the module.
Note
Access to these onboarding processes can be assigned in the Content tab within the roles.

Processes: Create, delete, export, show, and tag onboarding.

Messages: Send an email or SMS to profiles.

Tasks: An assignment for a specific user explaining what needs to be done, potentially containing a short message which needs to be checked off.

Forms: Gather information on specific areas by using a customized set of elements.

Feedback: Allow you to gather feedback on specific aspects.

Documents: All onboarding related documents.

Learning: The learning courses embedded in the Onboarding module.

Comments: The comments that users in Emply People can leave on onboarding profiles, given that this permission is enabled for their roles.
The Employees tab
Note
You will need to have access to the employee profile to be able to view, upload, and delete employee documents. You can activate this access in the roles under +++. This has to be set to All, Custom, or Own.

Organization: Create, tag, export, archive, and delete employees. In addition, run manual automations and show archived and pending employees.

Messages: Send emails and SMS to employees.

Calendar: Create, edit and delete meetings.
-
Tasks: An assignment for a specific user explaining what needs to be done, potentially containing a due date or short message which needs to be checked off.

Forms: Allows you to gather information on specific areas by using a customized set of elements.

Feedback: Gather feedback on specific aspects.

Documents: All employee related documents, such as CVs, employment contracts, and forms that have been filled out and more.

Job profiles: All the job profiles that are set up in settings which consist of a set of skills, work tasks, and a job description which are used to benchmark employees.

Skills: Employee skills that can be created in the ++.

Certificates: Digitalized certificated assigned or uploaded into Emply People and linked to an employee profile. These can be viewed in the HR Management module in the tab and on the employee profile.

Goals: Goals created for the entire organization.

Absence: Any leave types that were created in the settings.

Learning: The Learning module within HR management.

Payroll: The role's permission to view the Payroll tab in the HR Management module.

Comments: Comments that users can leave on employee profiles, given that this permission is enabled for their roles.
The Learning tab

Courses: Create, edit, and delete online, onsite, webinars, and learning paths.

Participants: Send messages to participants and delete participants.
The Reports tab

Edit reports: The role's permission to edit existing reports in the reports module.
The Dashboard tab

Create dashboards: Allows the assigned user to create a new dashboard.

Edit dashboards: allows the user with the assigned role to edit an existing dashboard.
The Settings tab

Account: Edit info/billing, departments, roles, and activity within account.

Account > Users: Permissions to view the list of existing users within the organization. Other information such as role, latest activity, create date, department, etc. is also available here.

Templates: Refers to any template that can be creates for the Employees, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules. It is also possible to create message templates.

Forms: Allows you to gather information on specific areas by using a customized set of elements.

Feedback: Gather feedback on specific aspects.

Learning: Refers to the learning module.

Automations: Any automated workflow that a user with the right permissions can create.

GDPR: GDPR storage rules you can set up for the Employees, Onboarding, and Recruitment modules.

Integrations: Any connection with external tools such as applications, job boards, and integrations over API.

Approvals: Approval flows that can be set up within the organization.

Translation: Translations used throughout the Emply People account.
