As manager you can review the motivation profiles of all your employees after they have responded to a survey.
Click your way through the task
Below you can click your way through the process and get instructions before you use the procedure in Emply People. Click in the top right corner to see the click-demo in full-screen. Hit esc to exit full screen.

From the main menu, click and select the tab.

Select the relevant survey from the drop-down.

Click the employee who's motivation profile you want to review.
Tip
You can sort your employees by motivation score using the Score column.

In the Motivation scores section, you can see the total score, the motivation capability and the intrinsic motivation of the employee.
For the employee they convey:

Total score: How motivated you are overall, combining how meaningful your work feels and how well you stay motivated.

Motivation capability: How well you can stay motivated by recognizing what energises you and what gets in the way.

Intrinsic motivation: How motivated you feel by the work itself and the meaning it has to you.
Important
If an imployee is nolonger in your team, you will see the generic results in the overview, but will not be able to see the detailed results.

In the Needs section you can review the top 3 conditions your employee thrives under and help explain what gives him/her energy or drains him/her in the job.

Expand each of the top 3 items to see more detail.

In the Talent section you can review the top 3 strengths and abilities that your employee naturally uses at work. They reflect what energizes him/her and where they tend to perform best.

In the Strongest responses you can review the top 3 responses where the employee most agreed and disagreed.

The section provides inspiration for your dialogue with the employee to explore what affects their motivation.
Important
The discussion points are only visible to you as a manager. The employee cannot see them when reviewing his/her own motivation profile.
Once your employee has completed the motivation survey, you’ll be able to see their Motivation Profile in Emply People. Before your conversation, review the profile to better understand what drives their motivation.
