Confirmation when duplicating a job. A confirmation message now appears when a job has been duplicated.

Clearer access to column settings. The Manage columns label is now available in more overviews, making the column configuration control easier to identify.

Improved performance when moving candidates. A background job related to moving candidates has been optimized to reduce processing time and resource usage.

Aligned indicators in the Job profile overview. Arrow icons are now aligned with the percentage values in the Job profile overview.

Clearer candidate status in event details. The candidate avatar tooltip in event details now displays only the relevant status and time.

Default location and project manager for new jobs. When creating a job, the location is prefilled with the department’s first location, and the job creator is assigned as the project manager.

Updated icon for following candidates. An eye icon now replaces the heart icon for the follow feature in Recruiment. The icon turns blue when a candidate is followed.

More location options for interviews. When scheduling an interview, users can choose from department addresses or enter a custom location.

Longer interview durations. Interview scheduling now supports durations of 5, 6, 7, and 8 hours, accommodating longer sessions such as assessment days.

Candidate ratings remain open until manually closed. Candidate rating controls now open on click and remain open until manually closed.

Sorting by displayed job title. Sorting the Job column in the recruitment job overview now uses the displayed job title.
Bug fixes

Correct confirmation when saving a Talent Pool. Saving a Talent Pool now displays a dedicated confirmation message instead of the message used for saving a job.

Location selection when creating or editing a vacancy. Users can now select or enter a vacancy location when the department already has predefined locations.

Correct display of other jobs for a candidate. The Other jobs tooltip now closes when users open it for another candidate, so only the selected candidate’s other jobs are displayed.

Replace broken banners on existing job advertisements. Users can now replace a broken banner on an existing job advertisement without duplicating the job.

No deadline when a flow step due date is set to None. An issue affecting the 'None' option for feedback deadline was resolved, and the missing deadline is now respected.

Correct display of employee mentions in comments. The employee suggestion list now displays correctly when users type @ in comments, including when the comment area is small or empty.
