By setting smaller objectives for your employees, you can achieve bigger long term goals for your company. This feature enables you to track and assess the progress that your employees are making towards a specific goal. As a leader, it is essential to know which employees are meeting corporate goals, and to know if any employee needs are not being met in order for them to excel in reaching their objectives and goals.

Responsible: Who is responsible for achieving the goal?

Description: You can choose to put a description for the goal

Upload document: You can choose to upload relevant documents

Trophy: If any trophies have been created in templates you can select them from the drop down list

Visible to non involved users also can be activated to be visible to users that are not involved with the goal

To add an objective, you must fill out the following information:
