The following article is a guide on how to create goals and assign them to employees.

Fill out the relevant information under Basic info

Title: Give the goal a title

: If you select , the goal will be rated by the manager
After selecting , you have to define your rating scale:
After selecting , you will get the following options

: Target reached by obtaining a certain numerical value

: Target reached by obtaining a monetary value

: Target reached by obtaining a particular set of skills

: Pick an icon to represent the goal

: Pick a color to represent the goal

Finally, you can select who has access to the goal:
Click when you have defined your goal

Go to in the main menu and click on

Open the goal you wish to edit and make relevant changes

Click when you are done

Go to and click on the relevant employee you wish to assign the goal to

Click on the three lines and select

Fill out the relevant information
: Assign a completely new goal along with a new objective

Title: Give the goal a title

Start date & End date: Select a time frame for the goal

Existing goal: Assign new objective to an existing goal

Target: Pick a target

Importance: Define the importance of achieving the objective

Description: Write in what you like to describe the goal

Visible to non involved users also: Changes who can see the goals

Each objective is openly shared within the goal: Toggle to change how the goal is shared

Only the overall responsible can update objectives: Enable so the person responsible can update objectives

Repeat each year: Enable to repeat each year, quarter, month or week

Trophy: You can choose to assign a trophy once the objective has been achieved

The same terminology applies for , which assigns a new objective for an existing goal
