In this article we will have a look at the payroll tab in Emply.

Click on ++.

Label the payroll group under Title and select as a payroll system.

Click and toggle Enable delta files to create a line per employee, who has some modified information on the selected export template while generating payroll.

To create an entirely new payroll, click on ++.

Fill out elements like Title, Time period, and your Epos Payroll system .

Finish by clicking and it will then be shown on the payroll overview.
Caution
The master data export file will include all changes in the chosen period for the files, not just the new changes.

When making changes to the payroll widget, you need assess whether the changes require a new agreement or employment (Ex. salary change, change of position, change in payroll group, and new employee).
Note
If several employees as the same time need to have their payroll widget changed, it's a good idea to make the adjustments by importing the changes. You can read more in Import payroll information to the Payroll widget.

To create a , click the button to specify a new effective date and salary. Keep all changes by pressing .

To edit an existing employment, click on the pencil and change the necessary information.

To change an employee's payroll group, enter the Resignation date and Resignation reason for the change in employment.

Specify the following elements: Group, Employment date, enable Save as primary employment, Job title, Department, Effective date which is the same as the employment date, and Salary.

To create a new employee, you can either click under or import a file using the import function under .
