The Dataløn file export is not an integration, but a guide to setting up the export of absence for Dataløn. You can extract the relevant data from Emply to be manually edited and manually uploaded to Dataløn.
In this example, we would like to export absence records on payroll types 47 (vacation days) and 77 (Additional holidays). Here it is important to check that the absence templates are set up correctly, depending on whether it is recorded as days or hours.
You now need to create an export file.
Example 1. Example of how the export file is set up
Company number is entered as where you fill in the column title yourself as well as the column value, in this case 10931533. Company number can also be added on master data, thereby adding as existing element. Also in the event that the employees have different company numbers.
Salary term is also entered as where you need to fill the column title but not the column value, as this is added manually after the export file is generated.
Salary number is added with and is filled in automatically. In this case, salary number is the same as employee [employee.number].
Type of salary and number are added as where only the column title is filled in. The column value should be left blank, as you need to manually move the salary species and the number in the generated Excel file
Salary type 47 shall be added by and is filled in automatically. In this case, the vacation days must be filled in as days spent [absence.vacation.used.days].
Salary item 77 shall be added by and is filled in automatically. In this case, the vacation days must be filled in as hours spent [absence.additional_holidays.used.hours].
