Anniversary widget on a dashboard
1. Go to dashboard and click on the "Settings" icon, as shown below:
1.1. Scroll down to find the "+" icon and click on it
2. Click on "Anniversary"
3. In the Widget, fill out the necessary information
In this article, "Birthday" will be used as an example of an anniversary
- Headline: This is the title that will appear at the top of the widget
- Date element: Select "Date of birth" in the case of birthdays. The element you select in this field depends on the sort of anniversary
- Displayed information: Choose which information should appear in the widget in the list view - Note that First Name and Last Name are displayed by default
4. Then, unfold the Criteria tab
If no criterias are added, the widget will show all upcoming birthdays / anniversaries, depending on the chosen date element:
5. Add the criteria "Standard > Date of birth" "=" "X years after"
By adding the different criteria as shown in the image above, the employees who have their birthday exactly 18, 19, 20, etc. years ago, will appear in the Dashboard widget.
You can add criteria in the same way up to the age you think will be necessary for your organization.
Please note that the above setup of the widget can only show birthdays and anniversaries that are happening on the specific day we are looking at the widget. The system cannot currently show upcoming birthdays for a specific month or period.
