Parameter on a form

Do you want to hide certain elements in a form until a specific answer? Perhaps you want to hide a range of questions until the answer is something specific to a question related to it. Or it could be that you only want to show specific questions if you answer yes or no.

In this article you can read about how to hide certain items until certain options have been selected. This way, you can ensure that only relevant questions are presented to the candidate or employee.

Parameter on a form 

1. Go to "Settings" in the main menu and click on "Forms"

2. Open a form or edit it by marking the desired form and clicking "Edit", as shown below:

3. Click "Settings"

4. Expand "Display parameters"

5. Press "Add parameter"

6. Now fill in detail of the given parameter:

Note that you can create multiple parameters on a form.

7. There you go! Now the selected item is only displayed for selected questions / answers.
