Importing files to be added to employee profiles under the tab Documents. The information needs to be sorted into two file categories: Excel and other documents. The Excel file should be prepared with the number/email, file name, and folder written in the document.
-
Number/Email: the first column should contain employee e-mails or employee numbers. The e-mail refers to the Company e-mail element, while the employee number refers to Emply's id. This column is needed for the system to identify to which employee profiles the files should be uploaded.
-
Filename: the second column should contain the associated file name (full file name with extension - f.x. myfile.pdf). Each file must have a unique file name.
-
Folder: the third column should describe the folder the document should be saved in. If you add the name which does not exist for the profile, the system will automatically create the folder for you during import. If the name exists, the system will place the file there.
