The Job agents tab in the tab.

In order to get to the job agents tab, go to in the main menu

In order to be able to access the job agents tab, you will need the correct permissions
People who have signed up for the job agent via your career site, will end up in this list. The following information is available in this overview:

Subscriber: the name and the e-mail address of the person who subscribed

Criteria: the criteria selected by the subscriber

Jobs received: the number of jobs that were sent out to the subscriber up until now

Jobs applied: the number of jobs the subscriber has applied to
-
Conversion: XX
-
Notify: how often the subscriber wishes to be notified

Career Site: the username of the subscriber on the career site
-
Created: when the job agent was created
-

Here, you can select users and delete or edit them. To edit the information select the desired employee, click , and there will be a pop up with the information listed below

First name and last name
-
E-mail address
-
Any of the available job details (see chapter below)

How to set up job details
The steps below describe how to set up job details when creating a new job template.
When editing an existing job template, you can skip steps 5 to X and instead open an existing template.

Fill out all the necessary information in the tab before going to the details

Setting up job ad details
Here you can add which job ad details need to be filled in when creating a new job. If these job details need to appear as selecting options on the job agent, make sure you add it in the form of an Options element:

Go to in the main menu

Go to the section on the career site where you would like to have the job agent

Click on

In the next step, choose

Fill out the necessary fields

Layout: Here, you can define the width of the content
-
Styling: Here, you can define the section height, background (and color overlay) and whether the styling should be overwritten

Content: Here, you can define the actual visible content of this section.

Headline: The title of the section. This can be "Job agent", for example.

Subheadline: The text that appears underneath the title.

Options: The options a subscriber can select when signing up for the job agent. These options are the same as the job details you have set up on the job templates (see section How to set up job details).

Settings: Set limitations per option you select.
For example: If you have selected "Department" to be an option for the subscriber, you can make sure here that only a specific set of departments can be selected from a list.

How to show the job details on a job ad

Go to in the main menu

Click the cogwheel on the Career site

In the tab , click on the correct layout
-
Unfold the tab Default pages and click the pencil icon to edit the Job ad pages (in the language of your choice)

Unfold the tab Job ad and click Edit for the Content section

In the Content tab you can add job details by clicking on Add job data

By adding different options on the left side, you influence what will be shown on a job ad by the left side. The different options depend on what you have set up previously on the job templates. How to set up job details
