Move candidate from job/talent pool to another job/talent pool

  1. Go to Recruitment in the main menu and go to the relevant job.

  2. Go to the Candidates tab and select the candidate you wish to move.

  3. Click the three line menu option and select Move in the menu.

  4. Unfold Job or talent pool and choose the job or talent pool to which you wish to move the candidate.

  5. It is also possible to disqualify the candidate on the job/talent pool you are moving the candidate from.

  6. Upon selecting a reason for disqualification, click Save.

The candidate is now visible on the new job/talent pool with status Sourced.
