Move a candidate from Recruitment to the onboarding module to start e.g preboarding.

Go to in the main menu and go to the relevant job.

Go to the tab to see all the candidates who applied for the job and select the candidate you wish to move to Onboarding.

Fill out the following fields:

Employee form: Choose the Employee creation form

Forms: Choose which forms to move to the employee profile

Documents: Choose which documents to move to the employee profile

Area: In this article, "Salary and contract" is the area used as an example as the first process triggered after the recruitment process

Pipeline: Choose pipeline

Process: Choose which processes to start
-
Language: You can choose which language the process should be triggered in

Team: Employees related to this task are automatically added to Team. If you wish to add other employees to you can add them here

Dates on the pipeline: Insert dates on the pipeline to let them determine the actions. If you wish for the process to continue immediately after all actions are completed, you can leave these blank

Fill out the employee form.

The employee form can look different as it is tailored according to the situation.
Warning
When you move a candidate to onboarding, even if you fill the form, you are not creating an employee profile. If you need to create an employee profile, you need to move the candidate to first and then move your employee to .

Go to in the main menu.

Under the module , you cango to the area you selected in step 3 and see the candidate you have moved to .
