In Emply jobs can easily be promoted to the Jobnet platform via a built in job promotion media.
Requirements
Several requirements are needed in order to make the Jobnet media function correctly.

Locations added to department structure in Emply.

Valid addresses added to locations.

Valid VAT number added to locations.
Note
Location information is required for all departments that will have jobs promoted to Jobnet.
Set up
Once location data has been added to all needed departments, the activation of the Jobnet media can be done.

Navigate to + through the menu in Emply, go to the page .

Scroll to Global media or search for Jobnet and toggle the button icon.
Now jobs can be promoted to the Jobnet platform.
Promoting jobs to Jobnet

After adding the required location data and activating the Jobnet media, navigate to the tab and click on the desired job.

Locate the media on the list under Targeted Media and press to add the media to the promotion basket for promotion.

Click to continue.

Fill the form and finally hit again to complete the process.
Note
Things to note:

It is only possible to pick the last option in a list when picking an options in the Job title drop down. Picking any options that has choices under it will result in an error.

The list generated in the Job title drop down is generated by Jobnet and cannot be changed by Emply. If an exact match for the current job isn't available, find the closes match and pick that option.
