Automatic registration refers to the function of ensuring that the correct candidates end up in the appropriate talent pool. If you, for example, create a talent pool with the name "HR", this function ensures that candidates that select "HR" as their field of expertise will be placed in this talent pool.

In the pop-up, under Automatic registrations, you can enable Register all candidates that match criteria when they apply for jobs or talent pools .
