Two-factor authentication and how to set this up in Emply People.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional step of security that can be added when users try to access their Emply People account. The advantage is that it increases your account security. By default, when logging into Emply People with your Emply People username and password, you will not be asked for any further verification. With MFA, you will also required to to provide the security code that was sent to your e-mail address.

In Applications, click on the button under Two-factor authentication (2FA).

In the pop-up, confirm by clicking on the again.
The MFA is now active. When you log into your Emply People account, you will receive an e-mail in your inbox containing a security code. You need to enter this code in order to access your account.
Note
Deactivating MFA: To deactive MFA, simply go to ++ under Two-factor Authentication (2FA). In the pop-up, confirm by clicking on the button.
