Navigate through the proceed rate of candidates in the Reports module in order to get a statistical overview of hiring within your company over a certain period of time.

: Number of candidates within the specified time period.

Applied: Number of candidates that applied within the specified period.

Disqualified: Number of candidates that was disqualified within the specified period.
Disqualified percentage: Percentage of disqualified candidates (Disqualified candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Interviewed: Number of candidates that has been through a pipeline stage with the type “Interview” within the specified period.
Interviewed percentage: Percentage of interviewed candidates (Interviewed candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period

Hired: Number of candidates that was hired within the specified period.
Hired percentage: Percentage of hired candidates (Hired candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Table: The report is based on the pipeline type from the recruitment template. Here we have 9 types: Sourced, Applied, Assessment, Disqualified, Shortlisted, Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, and Hired.

Candidates: Number of candidates on each job (i.e. number of candidates within the specified date filter).

Applied: Number of candidates that applied within the specified period.

Sourced: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process (i.e. been manually created).

Disqualified: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Assessment: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Shortlisted: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Phone Screen: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Interview: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Offer: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Hired: Number of candidates that have reached this stage in the process.
Percentage: Percentage of candidates that have reached this stage (Candidates in this stage/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Created: The creation date of the job (in European Date Standard: dd.mm.yyyy and time). Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Note
Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
