With reference to the GDPR regulation, a feature has been developed to help limit which users can access your Emply People solution.
Limit which IP addresses can access your Emply People solution. Determine that only users working on your local network can access your solution. This is done by determining a specific number of IP addresses allowed to access the account.

Enter Account in the ++.

Click in the IP Access section and indicate which IP addresses can access your Emply People solution.

The IP Access form consists of the following fields:

Label: Enter a label for the IP access.

IP address: Enter the IP address that should be allowed.

End interval: Specify an end interval if applicable.

Additional locations: If you want access from multiple locations (e.g., “Emply People Amsterdam”), you may add more entries.
