Interpret statistical reports made by the system to get an overview of the development of the number of candidates in your recruitment process over a certain period of time.

Candidates: Number of candidates within the specified time period = Number of candidates that were created within the period (applied and was created manually).

Applied: Number of candidates that applied within the specified period.

Disqualified: Number of candidates that was disqualified within the specified period.
Disqualified percentage: Percentage of disqualified candidates (Disqualified candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Interviewed: Number of candidates that has been through a pipeline stage with the type “Interview” within the specified period.
Interviewed percentage: Percentage of interviewed candidates (Interviewed candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period.

Hired: Number of candidates that was in status hired within the specified period.
Hired percentage: Percentage of hired candidates (Hired candidates/Total candidates x 100) within period.
Note
We only count active candidates in this stage. If a candidate is archived, it needs to be disqualified and therefore cannot be considered as hired.

Average time to hire: Sum of average time to hire across jobs.
Sum of average time to hire across jobs = (Job 1 average time) + (Job 2 average time) / number of jobs.

Average time to hire without sourced: Sum of average time to hire across jobs, excluding sourced candidates.

Average time to disqualify: Sum of average time to disqualify across jobs.

Average time to disqualify without sourced: Sum of average time to disqualify across jobs, excluding sourced candidates.

Applicant conversion: Average of the conversion (same as the report Application Conversion). The difference between views and candidates that applied within the specified period.

New candidates chart: Shows a visual presentation of amount of candidates applied from each media, on each day or week within period.

Top sources table: Shows all the media on the account.

Applied: All candidates that applied via this media in the specified period

Assessment, Shortlisted, Phone screen, Interview, Offer, Hired: Number of candidates that passed through a stage of this type
Note
Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
