Required fields are easier to identify when creating or editing jobs and talent pools. Mandatory fields now have clearer visual indicators. If required information is missing when you select , you are directed to the relevant field so the missing information can be completed.

Job archiving now requires confirmation. When one or more jobs are selected for archiving, a confirmation is displayed before the action is completed. This reduces the risk of jobs being archived unintentionally.

Successful job changes are now confirmed. A green confirmation message is displayed after a job is successfully created or updated, providing clear feedback that the changes have been saved.

New interview invitations are private by default. Newly scheduled interviews are now marked as private by default to help protect candidate information. A lock icon indicates the privacy setting and can be used to change it when required. For private interviews, colleagues who are not invited cannot see the title, location, or other event details in the organizer's calendar, while invited participants retain access to the event details in their own calendars.

Successful talent pool changes are now confirmed. A green confirmation message is displayed after a talent pool is successfully created or updated, making it clear that the changes have been saved.
Bug fixes

Job Reports load more efficiently and display the correct filtered data. Job Reports now cancel earlier requests when new filters are applied so that only the most recent filter results update the interface. Initial loading has also been limited to 10 rows with virtual scrolling, and loading indicators show when additional data is being retrieved. These changes improve report performance and prevent mismatched results, particularly for larger data sets.

The Responsible filter now remains active on the Solved Tasks tab. Switching between the Solved and Unsolved tabs no longer clears the Responsible filter. The displayed task results now remain consistent with the active filter criteria.

Translation caching no longer grows without expiration in Hangfire. Sliding expiration has been added to translation and Entity Framework cache entries to prevent unbounded in-memory cache growth. Scheduled jobs were also moved to 05:30 to reduce peak load. Testing confirmed that the affected jobs, database queries, and exports continue to operate as expected.

List and heading formatting is preserved in live views. Styling has been corrected so that bullet points, numbered lists, and heading formatting are displayed as expected in Forms content elements, Tasks, and Dashboard widgets.

Candidate deduplication now handles names containing Unicode characters. Guest applications with candidate names containing Unicode characters are now matched correctly, preventing duplicate candidate profiles and the associated login issues.
