Release Note 2026-10-07

Enhancements

  • CV displayed first in Candidate Overview. Selecting the CV icon next to a candidate’s name now opens the CV as the first document.

  • Schedule candidate emails when arranging interviews. Recruitment teams can now schedule or delay emails to candidates during interview scheduling, giving them control over when interview communications are sent.

  • Publishing date available in API v2. API v2 now includes the publishing date for use in integrations.

  • Custom cookie policies supported in the Career Site Editor. Custom cookie policies can now be added without disrupting the Career Site Editor. The policies continue to work on the career site.

  • Stay on the current screen when moving candidates. In the Recruitment module’s Candidate Overview, users can now move candidates between pipeline stages and receive a confirmation message while remaining on their current screen.

  • Previous applications more visible in Candidate Overview. A suitcase icon next to a candidate’s name indicates that they have previously applied for another job within the company. Hover over the icon to view a short description, or select it to open the candidate’s application history within the company.

  • Application deadline prefilled from the job template. When a job template uses the As soon as possible option for the application deadline, the deadline field is now prefilled with this text. Users can still change it. This prevents a missing-content warning or a blocked save caused by an empty deadline field.

  • API key required for the API v1 Job Postings endpoint. The API v1 Job Postings call will require an API key. Most clients are unaffected, but integrations that currently call this endpoint without an API key may be affected. Before deployment, administrators should notify their IT teams and ensure affected integrations use an API key. For details and instructions, see the Help Center guide “API Update: API Key Required for Job Postings Endpoint – Paychex Europe”.

Bug fixes

  • Form messages cleared when leaving the message panel. Message text and templates are now cleared after sending a form or closing the form dialog with Cancel. Previously, cached content could appear when sending another form, creating a risk of sending the wrong message.

  • Other minor bug fixes and enhancements.
