From the main menu, click and select the tab.

Select the relevant survey from the drop-down.

In the Motivation scores section, you can see your total score, the motivation capability and the intrinsic motivation.
They convey:

Total score: How motivated you are overall, combining how meaningful your work feels and how well you stay motivated.

Motivation capability: How well you can stay motivated by recognizing what energises you and what gets in the way.

Intrinsic motivation: How motivated you feel by the work itself and the meaning it has to you.

In the Needs section you can review the top 3 conditions you thrive under and help explain what give you energy or drain you in the job.

In the Talent section you can review the top 3 strengths and abilities that you naturally use at work. They reflect what energizes you and where you tend to perform best.
