How to use a due date in a forwarded feedback

It is now possible to add a due date when forwarding a feedback form to a candidate, an onboarding profile or an employee. This is possible both for forwarding to a single profile or in bulk.

When forwarding a feedback form, there is now an option to enter a due date with time and possibly a reminder. For the reminder it is possible to choose between minutes, days or weeks before the due date of the feedback.

When forwarding the feedback with a due date, make sure to enter the keyword [feedback.duedate] in the message template, so it is clear for the receiver when the feedback is due.

In the feedback overview tab, it is possible to see the status of a feedback. In the "Status" column, a feedback will be shown as either:

  • Completed: This is used when the feedback form is filled
  • Pending: This is used when we await a response from the responder
  • Did not respond: This is used if the due date has passed.

Furthermore, there is also now three new columns to support the due date functionality: 'Created', 'Responded' and 'Due date'.

If you have a feedback, where one or several have not responded to their feedback, you have the option to send a manual reminder to one or several of the feedback receivers who have not responded. Click on the 'Pending responses', and choose which ones to send a reminder to, and click 'Messages'.

Do note that this option is only available for feedback types that are not anonymous.
