Feedback development

In this article, you can learn how to use feedback once it has been completed.

Feedback can be viewed in 2 places:

Feedback in the Feedback menu

1. Go to main menu - Feedback

2. Here, you can see the overview of all feedbacks ever started within the organization

At the top of the page, you get an overview of latest responses in a time graph and how many responses are pending.

Filter: Use the filter to limit the view here.

  • Search: Enter a value to search for specific feedback
  • Date: This allows you to filter based on the latest activity for specific feedback forms.
  • Department: This allows you to filter on feedback that was created for a specific department. It is also possible to include subdepartments.
  • Subject: This allows you to filter on feedback that was created with a specific subject.
  • Responder: This allows you to filter on feedback that was answered by a specific user.
  • Type: This allows you to filter on a specific Feedback type. This refers to the types as they have been created in the Settings > Feedback.
  • Area: This allows you to filter based on the area where the feedback is available. This area can be Candidate, Onboarding or Employee.

New feedback: Click on this button to start a new feedback process. The user starting the process, will be the one to fill out the feedback form.

  • Type: Select a feedback type from the dropdown list
  • Feedback: Select a feedback within the previously selected type
  • Subject: Select who is the subject

Click on Fill out to complete the feedback form.

3. Open a feedback you would like to get information on

In this overview, you can also filter and add new feedback, as described in the previous step.

Moreover, you change the overview and the way the feedback is shown: 

  • Separately: every feedback is listed with all its data separately.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly: the feedback results are shown based on the selected period.
  • Date: add a date to filter the overview to show only feedback results between the selected dates.

Feedback on the employee profile

1. Go to main menu - Employees

2. Open the employee in question and go to the Feedback tab

Here, you have an overview of the started and/or completed feedback.

3. Open a feedback and click on the Compare feedback icon at the top

4. Compare the feedback

Here, you are able to compare the feedback:

  • Separately: every feedback is listed with all its data separately.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly: the feedback results are shown based on the selected period.
  • Date: add a date to filter the overview to show only feedback results between the selected dates.

5. In case of a feedback with summary and action plan, you will also be able to see the progress of the action plan at the top
