In this article, you can learn how to fill out feedback forms.
If you are filling in a form for an employee, open the employee profile and start a feedback process from there (see also Start feedback process).
Please note, that filling out a feedback form from the Feedback overview, requires full access to the specific feedback.
If you are an employee and you need to fill out a feedback form, click on the feedback link you have received by e-mail. You will be redirected to the feedback form on your employee profile.
1. Open a feedback form. It will look similar to this:
Provide an answer for the different steps.
Depending on the format of the question, you will have to enter a score, write an answer, select an option, enter a date, enter a number or upload a file.
If the feedback form consists of several tabs, do not forget to click Continue at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page.
If you are not finished with the feedback, you can click Save draft, close the feedback and return to it whenever you like.
When you are done filling out the form click Send.
2. All completed feedback forms are available on the employee profile in the Feedback tab
3. To edit a form, unfold any of the sections in the feedback tab to access the different forms
From here, you can delete the form by clicking on the Delete icon.
To edit the form, click on the form itself to access the answers.
If the form is in draft you can click on In draft, and continue on the form.
If the option "Relate to event" was enabled for a feedback form, you will be able to edit the feedback until an interview was scheduled and held:
If the option "Summary and action plan" was enabled for a feedback form, you will be able to edit the feedback until the summary has been locked:
NOTE: To edit or delete a feedback form, you need the correct permissions. These can be found in Settings > Account > Roles > Functionality > Employees > Feedback > Edit/delete feedback.
Furthermore, in order to be able to delete a feedback form, any tasks, courses and/or goals assigned to the employee in the action plan, must me completed.
