Create/edit feedback processes
NOTE! It is a prerequisite that the function "Summary and action plan" is set up on the feedback type in order for the "process" to be selectable on the feedback form.
1. Go to "Settings" in the main menu and then click "Feedback"
2. Check the box for the desired feedback type and press edit
3. Activate the "Summary and action plan" option to access the process setup
4. Touch the field with the desired feedback
5. Tap "Process" on the right side of the horizontal menu
6. Enable the report feature to export the summary in a PDF file
Define margins in mm for the export file's crop marks, enable summary and action plan
7. Enable automatic "follow-up" 365 days after the start of the process.
Enable "New feedback process"
8. Press "new task" to add any tasks to various roles in connection in relation to this process
Fill in the title, trigger point, description of the task, as well as the person responsible and notification of the person responsible
Finish by pressing save in the upper right corner
