How to upload SCORM to an online course
What is SCORM?
SCORM stands for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. It is a set of technical standards for eLearning software products that tells programmers how to write their code so that it can function properly with other eLearning software.
Basically, SCORM controls how online learning content and Learning Management Systems (LMS) communicate with each other.
Emply supports the following versions: SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (incl. 4th edition)
NOTE: The maximum size of a file 250 MB
How to upload SCORM to an online course
1. Go to "Learning" in the main menu
2. Click on "+ New course"
3. In the pop-up, choose Online course
4. Fill out all the course details and click "Save"
5. Open the course in the Courses tab in the Learning module and click on the "Edit" button
6. Click on "Add step"
6.1. In the unfolded menu, click on SCORM
7. Upload the ZIP file
Show navigation if available: With this, you can choose to make the navigation used in the SCORM package visible in Emply.
7.1. Click "Save" to save the changes to the course
