This article describes how you can setup communication with your employees in Emply.
Editing your no-reply email in Emply. The system has a two way of creating no-reply email addresses- in the main email or the department-specific addresses.

A main email can be used across the whole platform, generated from the platform's company name. To do so, go to ++

You can edit the main no-reply email with the allowed characters:

Uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (a-z) and (A-Z)

To do no-reply email with department-specific address, go to ++.

Under No-reply e-mail, if the department has defined Company name then you will find No reply e-mail below the input.
Note
The No-reply email will only appear if anything is written in Company name and will not be present if the input is blank.

You can send a form to an employee,users in the system or an external e-mail adress.

Go to in the main menu and then on the employee you wish to send a form to.

Click on and pick the form you want to send.

Click on to send the form.

Click and .
Note
You can also write a message which must include the merge (form.link) so the message contains a link that the employee can use to fill in the form.

Click and the form will be sent to the employee.

To send a form to users in the system or an external email address, choose or in step 5, otherwise repeat the other steps as listed above.
Send messages to your employees by following the steps below.

Go to in the main menu and click on the relevant employee.

Click the message button in the top right corner to access its features.

To: Indicate if receiver is the private or work e-mail.

CC/BCC: You can enter the employee's private or work e-mail cc on the message, if you want the message to be send to both e-mail addresses.

From: Indicate sender e-mail address. It can be yourself with your own mail address or yourself with a no-reply mail address, and the company as sender with a no-reply mail address.

Language: Choose the required language.

Template: You can use a message template with Key Words, if you have one suited for this purpose.

Layout: Choose which mail layout to be used, if you have more than one to choose from.

: Click here in case you would like to see a preview before sending the message.

Under from on the far right, you can click the paperclip to attach files and the brackets to insert key words.

Click to send the message or if it needs to be sent later.

Choose the date and time for the dispatch or save the message as a draft.

Click to save the draft or the time it was sent.

Under , the message can be edited and/or sent.
In Emply, it is possible to send SMS messages to your employees/candidates. In order to use this service, a phone number needs to be saved to an employee/candidate profile, either as a private phone number or a company phone number. This service is used to help notify receivers about tasks/messages. This service is not a texting service, therefore the receiver of the message is unable to answer the SMS.
When sending SMS through Emply, users have the option to either send a text to a single receiver or a group of receivers.

When sending to a single profile, access or mark the profile and choose .

When sending to a group, mark the receivers on the list of employees/candidates and choose .

Once you select , a window will appear that always has E-mail enable and SMS disabled. Send an SMS, by pressing .

Choose which number of profiles you wish to send to and write the message.

Press or .
