This article describes how you can assign training courses to you employees in Emply.
Assign a course to an employee in Emply.

Go to the main menu and click on

To assign an existing course to an employee, go to .

Select the relevant employees and click on .

Choose one or more courses that should be assigned. Specify if the course is Require, Recommend, or Force complete. Force complete will register the course as already being completed and ask for a specific date.

Choose if the course notification should be sent via email and/or SMS. If no template is used, fill in the box with subject, appropriate text, and the course link before clicking .

To assign an external course, click +, click on the relevant employee and then

Choose and fill in Title, the From date, and the To date.
Note
In addition to mandatory fields, you can select a category and periodic course, create descriptions, and specify prices. You can also upload a certificate and specify how it should be renewed. Finally, you can choose to send an email or SMS to the employee(s) who have been assigned to course. Read more here 3. Specify if course notification should be sent via email and/or SMS.
Starting a course in Emply can be done in several different ways depending on the settings.
Starting a course in learning

Click on in the main menu and it will bring you to .

Choose the wanted course from the list.

Click on at the top right.
