Culture Amp - Employee data integration

Purpose

The purpose of the Culture Amp integration, is to send employee data which can be used for Culture Amp's employee assessments / surveys.

It's a one way service sending custom employee dataset.

Prerequisites

As a customer you must have prepared the following:

• Have a CultureAmp subscription
• Define employee data set in Emply
• Define appropriate automation in Emply
• Setup SFTP integration in Culture Amp - use this guide

Configuring Emply

Export template and FTP settings

Go to Settings > Integrations > Export > choose '+New export' > select 'Excel/CSV'

Add existing elements

Be aware that only standard and shared elements can be added.

Setup FTP

At the bottom of the export template setup the FTP setting

1. Choose sftp protocol
2. Enter the URL of your CultureAmp import - see Culture Amp guide
3. Use public key
4. Enter the username of CultureAmp
5. Check connection
   • if succesfull proceed
   • if not succesful go through the FTP setup again or contact CultureAmp support
6. Copy OpenSSH key
7. Paste it in CultureAmp - see CultureAmp guide
8. Test it by exporting an employee from Emply to CultureAmp

Setup Automation

Go to Settings > Automations

Create new workflow for employee

Choose 'Scheduled' and define trigger

Choose criteria (if any)

Now you're all setup and ready to use the integration.
