Create a support help center account

At Emply, we want to streamline and improve the way we provide support. Therefore we will ask you to submit your support requests through our help center going forward.

If you are not already familiar with our help center, here is a guide on how to create a user to send a request for support.

  1. Access help.paychex.eu in your browser to access the Paychex Europe help center.

    Tip

    Based on your browser language, the help center assumes your preferred language. Otherwise, it can be changed from the menu at the top of the page.

  2. Select Emply for the section dedicated to help Emply users.

  3. Click Sign up in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Enter work email address and press Sign in.

    You will receive an email with a confirmation link that you must click. If you already have an existing user, this will be stated in the email you receive, and you are therefore asked to sign in with your existing information.

  5. After clicking the link in the confirmation email, return to the browser window where you entered your email. Enter your name and click Update.

  6. Once logged in, you will be able to access your profile by clicking at the top right. Under My requests you will be able to see the requests you have sent and the status of these.

  7. If you want to send a new request to our support, click Submit a request from the bottom of the Paychex Europe help center home page, and choose Emply support from the dropdown or from from the bottom of any page in the Emply section of the help center, click Contact support.

  8. Describe your problem in detail and a support specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.
