You can stay up to date on Emply's operating status in the Help Center. Here, we have created a new status page where you can see the state system operations.
We update the status page continuously, so you can follow how the system runs and how far we are in solving any problems.
However, you should be aware that the time horizon on the status page only sometimes corresponds to the period you are experiencing problems. The error only appears when many of our users are affected - for some customers, the problem may be solved faster than others.
You will find the status indication in the Emply help center in the to right-hand corner on sections and articles.
The three dot colors on the status page indicate the following:

Green: Everything runs smoothly

Yellow: There is a minor error in the system

Red: There is a major error in the system

Maintenance: We are doing maintenance now or in the near future
Click the relevant status to access more detailed information on the status page. You can sign up for operational updates in the top right-hand corner of the status page. Remember to confirm your email after signing up.

When signed up, you will receive email notifications when an operational error occurs in the Emply system, our app, or API.
