Using Emply Career Site does not place any cookies on your site, including third party cookies, besides those which are strictly necessary for the technical performance of essential functions of the Career Site, unless you specifically choose to activate such (third party) cookies. As a customer, you are solely responsible to ensure obtaining any necessary consent, as well as to comply with any disclosure obligations applicable for the use of cookies on your site. Emply does not control or in any other way decide on the content displayed (including cookies placed) on the customer's Career Site. Accordingly, Emply cannot be held liable for any non-compliance with applicable cookie regulations or other data protection legislation in this regard.

Vacancy page cookie

Set first time a person open vacancy page. Used to calculate vacancy views count (to not count same person multiple times). Every vacancy has separate cookie with random, short identifier.

How to set up cookie policy code

  1. From the Emply main menu, click on Career site.

  2. Once you are on your career site, click the cogwheel icon for settings.

  3. Click on Cookie policy.

  4. To add new code to the Emply career sites, you will have the following two options:

    • Edit the layout for the career site and add the needed code to the <head> and <body> HTML tags. This code will appear on all pages for every language.

    • Use the new code box in the cookie policy settings. Each language can have its own separate code if needed.

  5. Toggle the Use cookie consent for cookie policy and a pencil icon will appear.

  6. Clicking on the pencil icon will allow you to access the advanced HTML settings.

  • Here you can add the whole HTML code for your cookie policy.

  • The box is an HTML format box, so initialize a script reminder add a <script> tag around the rest of the code.

    Caution

    Code differentiates between providers, so if you are unsure contact the provider of the cookie policy for help.
