Set up accesses on exports (templates).
Access on exports is twofold:

From the main menu, click on .

Go to .

Go to the tab.

Open the folder of your choice, if you have any.

Click on the Access column for the export of your choice in the overview.

In the pop-up window, you can add roles to the selected export.
Per role you add to the export, you can specify the access:

Keep in mind that the correct access to get exports for employees or onboarding profiles should also be enabled.

Building icon: All
By clicking this icon, you allow the role to access the export in all cases.

Cogwheel icon: Custom
By clicking on this icon, you can customize the access for a user with the assigned role to match a specific criterion. From the dropdown list, select the criterion of your choice. Then, select a symbol and a value that should match the criterion.
Example 1: If only an employee’s manager should have access to the export, it should look like this: “Predefined user” “equals” “Manager”.
Example 2: If you only want people within the same department to access the export, it should look like this: “Department” “equals” “Department access”.

Person icon: Own
By clicking this icon, the export will be available for a user's own employee or onboarding profile and candidates on their own jobs.

Trash can icon: Delete
This icon allows you to delete the access for the role altogether.

From the main menu, click on .

Go to .

Go to the tab.

Open the folder of your choice.

Open the export of your choice selecting it and clicking the pencil to edit.

In the export, choose the preferred Emply People areas the export should be available in.
The areas relate to the Emply People area the selected export should be available in:

Employees: The export is available for employees.

Candidates: The export is available for candidates.

Onboarding: The export is available for onboarding profiles.
These areas can also be selected the same way when creating a new export.
