Start a feedback process for an onboarding profile

Start a feedback process within Emply People for an onboarding profile.

To be able to use feedback, you will need a specific set of permissions before you start:

  • If you need to be able to create feedback in general for an employee, you will need the permission to do this. This can be set up in the Settings+Account+Roles+Functionality+Employees+Feedback and then create, edit, or delete set to All, Custom, or Own.

  • If you need to be able to fill out feedback for an employee, you will need access to the Full employee profile. This can be set up in the Settings+Account+Roles+Functionality+Employees+Organization and the Full employee profile set to All, Custom, or Own.

  • You need access to the Feedback in question. This access can be set up by clicking on Settings+Feedback, selecting the desired feedback, and adjusting the access in the Access column.

  1. From the main menu, select Onboarding.

  2. From the list of onboarding profiles, select the desired candidate from any of the Onboarding tabs and then the three lines icon to access Feedback.

  3. In the pop-up, fill out the necessary information and click Forward when done.

  4. Select an e-mail template and click either Forward or Forward later. The recipient(s) will receive an e-mail containing the link to the feedback form.

    Note

    For the feedback message template to be available for the feedback, make sure you select Forward feedback in the Area.

  5. Or if you wish to fill out the feedback form for an onboarding profiles, open the correct one. Hover over the line menu and select Feedback.

  6. In the pop-up fill out the necessary information.

    • Type: Select the correct feedback type from the dropdown list.

    • Feedback: Based on the type you selected, choose the correct feedback form from the dropdown list.

    • Subject: This section is locked because you have selected the employee in the previous step.

    • Click on Fill out to complete the feedback for the employee.

    • Click on Forward to send the feedback e-mail containing the feedback form.

  7. If you select Fill out, the content of the feedback form becomes available.

    Important

    With the Save draft button you can save the form if you're not done and continue when you like. Whenever you are done, you can click Send. The feedback along with the answers will be available in the onboarding profile in the tab Feedback.

  8. If you select Forward, choose a Trigger, Delay and an e-mail template to send the email. The recipient(s) will receive an e-mail containing the link to the feedback form.

    Note

    For the message template to be available for feedbacks, make sure you select Forward feedback in the Area.
