[en] This will guide you through the setup of KMD Opus in Emply People and setting up the export to KMD.
[en] Before setting up please prepare the following:

[en] Ensure that you have the relevant agreement with KMD.

[en] Make sure to have the relevant "kommunekode" and customer identifikation

[en] Make sure have arrangements for the relevant mappings of document types with KMD to suit your needs.

[en] Contact Emply People with the above information and ask for the KMD Opus integration to be activated.

[en] From the main menu, go to ++ and click .

[en] Select and click .
[en] In the pop-up you will see a template that allows different file types in different areas (depending on your solution).

[en] Select a title. This will be the visible export title.

[en] Select the area for the export to be available.

[en] Export data: Files that are exported to KMD

[en] Job add: Build-in type for PDF document with a job add only available when the area is active. Corresponds to the "Jobannonce" type called "AktivitetsTekst" in KMD Opus.

[en] Documents: Build-in type for profile documents. This corresponds to "Kandidatdokumenter" type "AktivitetsTekst" in KMD Opus.

[en] Data type based element: Build-in type for data type based files. Depending on the selected option, this can correspond to "Ansøgning", "CV" eller "Kandidatdokumenter" type "AktivitetsTekst" in KMD Opus.

[en] When the export template is saved, it becomes available in the selected areas alongside other export options.

[en] Employee number must always correspond to the number in KMD Opus.

[en] Employment date comes from the jo's employment number, and must be set manually.
[en] Export of profiles to KMD generates an activity log under the account. This contains highlevel information about the exported profile.
[en] The reference number refers to the transaction sent to KMD. This can be checked in hangfire.
