Reports: Candidates > Pipeline Speed

Access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your candidates over a certain period of time.

  1. You can find this data by clicking on Reports in the main menu, as shown below:

  2. Click on Pipeline Speed under the Candidates tab

    Note

    This Pipeline Speed report is based on active candidates. This means that the days leading up to the candidate's disqualification should be taken into account when calculating the duration of days in each pipeline stage.

  • Job: All jobs (active + archived), except if filter is added. In this case, only filtered jobs are visible.

  • Department: All departments from account menu, except when filter is added. In this case, only department that match filter criteria is visible.

  • Source: Show all media from account, except if filter is added. In this case, only the filtered media will be visible.

  • Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. In this case, only the filtered tags will be visible.

  • Candidates: Number of candidates that applied within the specified time period.

  • Applied "Application length": The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage within a specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date candidate was moved to Applied pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the Applied pipeline stage.

  • Sourced "Origin": Average among stage duration. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was created in Sourced pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from Sourced pipeline stage.

  • Assessment: The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage, within specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was created in “Assessment“ pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the “Assessment“ pipeline stage.

  • Shortlisted: The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage, within specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to the Shortlisted pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the Shortlisted pipeline stage.

  • Phone Screen "Screening": The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage, within specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to the Phone Screen pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the Phone Screen pipeline stage.

  • Interview: The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage, within specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to Interview pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the Interview pipeline stage.

  • Offer: The average days of all jobs and candidates in this stage, within specified period. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to the Offer pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from the Offer pipeline stage.

  • Candidates: Number of candidates that applied within the specified time period.

  • Shortlisted (days): Average among stage duration. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to Shortlisted pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from Shortlisted pipeline stage.

  • Phone Screen (days): Average among stage duration. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to Phone Screen pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from Phone Screen pipeline stage.

  • Interview (days): Average among stage duration. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to Interview pipeline stage and the date the candidate was moved from Interview pipeline stage.

  • Offer (days): Average among stage duration. Stage duration is calculated as a difference between the date the candidate was moved to OfferOffer

  • Created: The creation date of the job. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all the data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team, therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
