Add new candidates manually to a job

Learn how to add a candidate to a job manually. Please remember to send your personal data policy to the candidate so they can accept the handling of his or her personal data.

Add new candidates manually to a job

  1. Go to Recruitment in the main menu and go to the relevant job.

  2. Go to the Candidates tab and click on New Candidate.

  3. Fill in the candidates data on your application form for manually new candidates and click Save .

    Note

    You must accept the privacy policy on behalf of the candidate, but when the candidate is saved you cannot move the candidate in the process until the candidate has accepted the privacy policy themselves.

  4. The candidate is now created and placed under Sourced.

    Warning

    The candidate cannot be moved from this step until they have approved the privacy policy- you must send them a message and a form for this purpose. You can continue reading below or read send a form to understand how to do so.

  5. Click on the profile of the relevant candidate.

  6. Select the document icon.

  7. Choose the form Privacy Policy (sourced candidates) in the Recruitment folder.

  8. Click Forward form submission.

  9. Select Forward to candidate and select the template you would like to use.

    Note

    You can edit a personal message- remember to include the key phrase [form.link], so the message includes a link for the candidate to open and fill in the form.

  10. Click Forward.

Now the form is forwarded in the message to the candidate. When the candidate has accepted the privacy policy you can move the candidate in the hiring process.
