Search and screen is an extremely useful tool to search for specific candidates. Using this you can efficiently find the most relevant candidates.

Go to in the main menu

Go to the job you wish to search candidates in and click on the tab

Choose in the drop down menu which criteria to search for, click the button and choose . A list will appear then who match the given criteria.

Use the box to enter a search work of your choice or choose .

When the candidates applications and CV has been evaluated, you can mark the candidate directly from the search result. Then you can send an invitation for an interview or a rejection for the candidate by using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

To use screening to find candidates by rating relevant competences with points, click the button and then choose .

It is possible to combine question in various ways to enable ranking and finding the candidate with the highest score.

Choose and choose the specific criteria in the drop down menu. You can choose questions where the answer can be one or more possibilities.

Add points most relevant to each category. If you choose a question with multiple answer, options like "Which IT programs are you experienced with?," the system will calculate the percentage for each candidate based on the chosen score.

The column will show the result of the screening.

This article describes useful features when evaluating your candidates. You can do this from the candidate list or directly on each candidate.

Clicking on the
button on a candidate profile allows you to view their CV in the Emply portal.

The thumbs icon is a tool for a quick evaluation of candidates. You can choose to rate a candidate one of these four ratings: Blue- excellent, green- good, yellow- "don't know," and red- bad.

To comment, click on the chat icons the users can write a comment about the candidate.

If a comment is added to a candidate, it will look as pictured below. You can hover your mouse over the icons in order to read the comments.

To then follow a candidate, click the heart icon. To see who is following the candidate, simply hover your mouse over the heart and a window will pop up.

To see if a candidate has applied for other positions in your company, hover over the suitcase. The status of the different jobs is visible only to users of the department.

The check mark can display numerous status updates, as listed below:

Indicates a future task

Indicates a created - but not yet executed - task

Indicates there are no tasks connected to this candidate

Indicates a created already executed task
Note
You can evaluate a candidate candidate at the top bar of his/her profile.

Delete one or more candidates. The basic principle is first disqualifying the candidate which will then allow you to delete the candidate.

Go to in the main menu.

Open the job where you want to delete one or more candidates.
-
Click on the tab.
-
Select the candidate(s) you wish to delete from the job and click on the button.

Click on , select the disqualification reason for the selected candidate(s), and click .

In the tab, select the candidate(s) you wish to delete from the job. Then, click on the three lines

Confirm the deletion of candidates by clicking .
Note
The candidate cannot be restored once deleted. If the checkbox "Keep some data for statistics" is checked, the candidate will be retained for reporting purposes.
