Fill out a feedback form for an employee and learn how to send or delete it.
Note
Filling out a feedback form from the overview requires full access to the specific feedback.
The correct permissions are found under +++++ and then you can choose to either edit or delete the feedback.
If you are an employee and need to fill out the feedback form, click on the feedback link in your e-mail. You will be redirected to the feedback form on your employee profile.
In order to be able to delete a feedback form, any tasks, courses, and/or goals assigned to the employee in the action plan must be completed.

From the main menu, click on and select the desired employee.

Provide an answer for the different steps. Depending on the question, you will have to enter a score, write an answer, select an option, enter a date or number, or upload a file.
Note
If you are not finished with the feedback, you can click below the step, close the feedback, and return whenever you would like.

When you are done filling out the form, click .

All completed feedback forms are available on the employee profile in the tab.

To continue to edit a form click or click on the form itself for more options.

By clicking on the form, you can select if you would like to , , or .

If the option Relate to event was enabled for a feedback form, you will be able to edit the feedback until an interview was scheduled and held:

If the option Summary and action plan was enabled for a feedback form, you will be able to edit the feedback until the summary has been locked
