Get summary on feedback and how to set up an action plan.

From the main menu, click on the tab, the desired employee profile, and then . This will then open the correct feedback type.
Note
If the summary was not locked yet, you will see in on the right side of the feedback.

At the top under Feedback process, you will see the Feedback process and how far along it is.

When you hover over Feedback process, you will see the completed steps and what is left to be done, like if the Form forwarded, Form completed, or Summary locked is completed.

You will also be able to set another colleague responsible for the feedback

In the actual feedback, you can change the responses, add notes and add action plans.
Note
Notes will appear on the Report (summary) PDF.

Change or add to the action plan by clicking the notebook icon to add a summary, task, goal or course.

Add summary: Add a summary for this particular question. This summary will appear on the Report (summary) PDF.

Action list: By clicking on the + icon you will be able to add a task, goal or course to the feedback.

Task:
-
Title: Enter a title for the task you are about to assign to the employee.

Due date/time: Enter a due date and time for the task to completed.
Next to the time, you can select a time zone.

Bell icon: By enabling this, you can set a reminder for the task at a certain time.

Description: Enter a description for the task so that the responsible of the task knows that to do.

Responsible: Enter a person responsible for checking off the task.

Goal:

: Add a new objective to a new goal for this employee.

: If a goal was already added to this employee, you can add a new objective to an existing goal by selecting this option.

Title: Enter a title for the objective.

Type: Select a goal from the drop-down list.
These goals have been previously created in the Settings > Templates > Goals.

Start date: Choose a start date for the objective.

End date: Choose a date for when the objective should be achieved.

Target: Select 1 or more skills that should be achieved from the options available in the list. Per skill, you can also determine the level.

Importance: Enter a number to define the importance of this objective.

Description Enter a description for this objective.

Trophy: If any trophies have been created in the templates, you can select them from the drop-down list.

Accessibility
-
Visible to non involved users also: By enabling this option, you will be able to grant access to a non-involved user.

Each objective is openly shared within the goal: By enabling this option, you make every objective within a goal visible.

Only the overall responsible can update objectives: By enabling this option, you allow only the overall responsible for the goal to update the objectives. Otherwise, anyone with the correct permissions could make updates.

Repeat each year: Choose if this objective should be repeated yearly.

Learning:

Assign: Search for the course you wish to assign to this employee as a part of the feedback process or select a course from the list below the search field.

: Choose whether this course is required or only recommended.
In case you choose required, you will need to set a due date per selected course.
In case you choose recommend, no further action is needed.

E-mail: By enabling this, you will be able to create and send out an e-mail to the participant.
If available, you will be able to choose an e-mail template

SMS: By enabling this, you will be able to create and send out an SMS to the participant.
If available, you will be able to choose an SMS template

For every task, goal, or course you assign as a result of the feedback, you will have the option to edit by clicking the pencil icon or delete this element by clicking the trash icon:

When the feedback form has been edited and completed with task, goals or courses, click on at the bottom of the page

This will open the following page and here you can:

Lock the summary: By clicking this, you are able to lock the feedback so it cannot be edited any further. When locked, the action plan will be created, meaning that the tasks, goals, or courses, that have been added to the action plan will be assigned.

Edit the summary: By clicking this, you can go back to editing the feedback and adding tasks, goals, or courses as described above.

View the report PDF that is a summary of the feedback.

View the action plan for the feedback. Unfold the different section to which tasks, courses, or goals have been created to be assigned to the employee.
