Send a feedback form for an employee and then complete and save an action plan.

Go to in the main menu.

Go to the relevant employee and click on the tab.

Click on .

Fill out the following fields:

Type: Select from the existing feedback types.

Feedback: Select the appropriate feedback.

Subject: Select the person you wish to send the feedback to (this is usually already selected if you go through an employee profile).

Click on to continue.

Fill out the relevant fields:
Note
In the description box, you must make use of the keyword [feedback.link] to insert the link for the feedback.

Click to send it now, or alternatively click and select the time you wish for the feedback to be sent

Go to in the main menu.

Click on the relevant employee and go to the tab.

Go to the feedback in process to add feedback summary.

At the top, you will see how far along the feedback process is and by hovering over the bar, you can see what parts of the feedback process remains to be done

Click on the Action plan icon as shown below:

Add a summary and select the action between Task, Goal, or Learning.

Task
-
Title: Give the task a title
-
Due date: Select a due date as well as a timezone

Notification: Enable to set a reminder for the task

Description: Add a description with the relevant details of the task

Responsible: Enter the name of the person responsible to oversee the task

Goal

New goal/Existing goal: Choose whether you want to create a new objective to a new goal or if you wish to add new objecting to existing goal

Title: Add a title for the new objective
-
Type: Select a type from the drop down list

Start date: Choose a start date for the objective

End date: Choose an end date for when the objective should be achieved by

Target: Select 1 or more skills that should be achieved from the options available in the list. Per skill, you can also determine the level
-
Importance: Select the level of importance (numerical value) for achieving this objective

Description: Add a description with the relevant details of the objective

Upload document: You can choose to upload a document, if relevant
-
Trophy: You can choose to add a trophy, if one such exists, that the employee receives once the objective has been achieved

Accessibility - These only show up when you select "New goal"

Visible to non involved users also: Once enabled, you can grant access to a non-involved user
-
Each objective is openly shared within the goal: Once enabled, you can make every objective within a goal visible
-
Only the overall responsible can update objectives: Once enabled, you can allow the overall responsible for the goal to update the objective. Otherwise, anyone with the correct permissions could make updates.

Repeat each YearChoose how often the objective should be repeated (year/quarter/month/week)

Assign: Search for the course you wish to assign to the employee as part of the feedback process, or select a course from the list below the search field

/: Choose whether this is mandatory (Require) or optional (Recommend). If you select Require, you must fill out the due date for each course that you select

E-mail: Enable this to send an e-mail to the user
-
SMS: Enable this to send an SMS to the user

Once you have your selected course you can click on the pencil or trash icon to either edit or delete them.

Once the feedback form has been edited and completed with a task, goal or learning course, click on .

You will land on the following page:

: By clicking this, you are able to lock the feedback so it cannot be edited any further. When locked, the action plan will be created, meaning that the tasks, goals or courses that have been added to the action plan will be assigned.

: By clicking this, you can go back to editing the feedback and adding tasks, goals or courses as described in the steps above

You can also view the report PDF that summarizes the feedback, as well as view the action plan for the feedback
